Regarding translating the User Login Part (including the registration screen and Forgotten password screen) to French using the standard tools in NetCommunity:

1. Only some Fields, section titles, and instructions are editable.  The fields that are in French or have "(editable)" at the end of the field are editable.  All other fields are not editable.
2. If Raiser's Edge Constituent Attribute are included on the Registration screen, they will be displayed in the language they are in within RE.
